Tickets
Counter sales
All bookings can be made through the Ticketmaster booking office at the TSB Showplace, 92 Devon Street West, New Plymouth, or at any Ticketmaster outlet nationwide. The TSB Showplace booking office is open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, and Saturday between 10am - 1pm. EFTPOS is available. A $2 service fee per ticket will apply to all counter bookings.
Online bookings
Bookings can be made at www.ticketmaster.co.nz. An $8 service fee applies to all online bookings.
Phone bookings
Phone bookings can only be accepted with credit card payments. Phone bookings can be made through Ticketmaster, phone 0800 111 999, Monday to Friday 9am - 9pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9am - 5pm. An $8 service fee applies to all phone bookings.
Premium tickets
These tickets provide a seat at a table at the front of the venue near the stage.
A reserve tickets
These tickets provide a numbered and allocated seat on a tiered seating platform.
Conditions
The Taranaki Arts Festival Trust (TAFT) reserves the right to alter without notice any advertised schedule of artists, events or programmes. Tickets are subject to availability and issued according to best available. Tickets are non-transferable between events and there will be no refunds or exchanges on completed bookings. The festival reserves the right to admit latecomers only at a suitable point in the performance. If a show is cancelled, the ticket price will be refunded if the ticket is returned to the booking office by 29 June 2012.
